Random Question
Hey, I was just sitting here chilling with one of my corns and I was wondering, for all you people out there who breed snakes an hace a large collection, do you handle them a lot? I handle my snakes often, but I would expect it to be hard to handle all of them if you have a vast collection. Is it? Thanks.

I usually don't handle my snakes unless it is to clean their cages or to check on a shed.
But people with over 50 snakes I doubt it would be easy to spend 10 minutes with each of them. They would spend over 8hrs just trying to hold one for 10 mins each for only 50snakes!

Well depends on which one.
Cause for Tail-less / Naomi / Silver (whatever name I am giving the Hi White Okeetee) I handle it a lot and there is another amel that I handle a lot.
Cause I treat those as pets. So I do handle a couple.
Most of the time is mainly, feeding, cleaning, watering. But most are still tame that way....cause they're corns...hahahahaha

I only have one snake and she loves to spend time with me...she has a little wicker basket that she chills in when I think she wants to chill...I need to get some pics up of her in that basket..its heart shaped, and she snoozes in it all the time. I don't even keep the top closed, she is such a good little girl

I handle mine only when the hubby is home only because it takes the both of us to get him out of his house due to his weight plus its good to have two incase anything happens. Our anaconda I don't touch she has an attitude!! All the others get handled quite a bit.

Meat Man: In answer to your question: the Earth's mass is approximately 6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (6E+24) kilograms.
Well, you DID say it was a random question. So you got a random answer

We have 40 snakes, and handle a few a night, whenever we can. Each individual snake thus ends up getting handled once or twice a week depending on who is in shed, who has eaten, etc. In the case of snakes like the Macklotts and the bloods, we handle them as often as possible in order to keep their calm dispositions.
