Wow d00d! Nice! I am hoping for lots of eggs from my big female corn this year. I think I'll show her this photo to get a rise of competition out of her.

The father is this handsome chap...
His genetic makeup is unknown but she is het anery. The breeder I got him from said that he hatched all of his corn eggs in one box. But he had amels and a few other morphs... so who knows what will hatch out? :

Thanks guys. Marisa, you're more than welcome to use the pic to motivate your girl.
She's all done and the final count was 30. I didn't want to disturb her while she was laying so I rushed the first count. Last year she laid 17 and 15 eggs. This year, she must have thought she was a burm!

Wow how weird. Last year you say she laid 32 total (17 then 15) Last year my girl laid 19 then 13...for a total of 32. Maybe its a sign of good things to come for me too! lol

Good God Almighty that's a lot of freakin' eggs man! I didn't even realize 30 was possible, I figured anything over 20 was huge.
Do you know what her weight was before mating? Something tells me she must be a monster. lol!

She's not a monster but she's a fair size and she eats really well. Her last recorded weight was only 575g which was in the spring or fall... before mating for sure (I don't keep great weight records). Her clutch weighed 275g.

30! I feel a compatition coming of here because I know my anery has got to have about the same in her. We should be keeping track of these things, who had eggs first, largest clutch etc.
Cheers,
Trevor
