Advice on cresties shedding

Hi all, I was just inspecting our crestie this afternoon and saw that two of his toes on one of his front paws seem to be "stuck" together. I hadn't noticed this before, I tried to seperate them gently but he keeps runnign away when I try to do this. then I thought well maybe he shedded and the skin is sticking them together... I then inspected him more and found a small piece of skin on his other foot, and a piece of black stuff on his body... is this also skin?

please help me out thnx everyone!

yeah, it probably is. most of the time, they eat thier sheds, so you usually don't find them. what i do, is i'll wet the gecko a little with water in the problem areas, then leave them alone for a while, if they are still having a problem, i pick them up, and gently but firmly, hold them so they cannot wriggle. it is not easy. then i use a pair of forceps to pry it off. i am very gentle, don't just grab the skin and pull. you have to be gentle and slow so it does not hurt them.
