i adopted a bp and she has this on her belly, its olny brown cuz of the substrate, but its flakey and dry. if it is scale rot what should i do? she took a mouse last night so i think it may just be retained skin ??

what kind of substrate is she on to transfer the color like that? I wouldn't use it ever again. Use newspaper or paper towel, and as I said, get her to a vet ASAP...
It's definitely either scale rot or more likely a bad burn. Take that snake to a vet, and apply Polysporin to it's underbelly religiously. That's definitley not from any substrate, looks terribly painful though.
