That is going to be hard to compete with Air Canada. Vancouver to Calgary is $60, insured. If someone were to drive it at your rates, that would be $0.35 x 1000 x2 which would be $700 fo shipping!!! Holy smokes!!

But maybe there's enough cities in close range in the Ontario region. Hope it works out for you! Its a neat idea.

I am looking for drivers right now so if I can get some all over Canada it will work out cheaper for the customer. Anyone interested please send me a post or put it up on my forum.

1000 kms is $350 and the best is you get an expirienced person with your snake at all times and heat all the time

Also if you were to ship 4 or 5 huge snakes it would be a killer on the size wich they have limits and the weight I had a shipment from Don Patterson to Pearson Int and it was 115.00 via Air Canada Cargo

I don't mean to be nit picky, but I noticed a spelling errors on your website. Just trying to be helpful, I figured if your selling a service through a website, it should atleast have proper spelling and punctuation.

Don't rely on regular shipping send your reptiles with someone who knows about the and cares.

I believe you meant to say "knows about them and cares". Just thought I would point it out so you can fix it.

BTW..good luck with your delivery service. Seems you may have better luck with local deliveries. Although I live in NY, I had an Afrock shipped to me from California for a friend of mine and it was only $25.

I had a shipment from Don Patterson to Pearson Int and it was 115.00 via Air Canada Cargo

The distance from Victoria (where Don lives) to Pearson is over 4500km!! At $0.35 per km, both ways ($0.35 x 9000) that is $3,150 in shipping!! Holy moly!

But for all the cities within Ontario/Quebec, I could totally see this working. Especially if you could piggy-back multiple orders to similar destination. I wish you the best of luck! Perservere and you'll come out on top!
