Higher temp than what? You can't leave them outside if thats what you mean. They should be kept at room temperature year round (70-75 degrees is good). I wouldnt recommend keeping them any higher than 80 or any lower than 65 degrees.

the thing is i keep them in my basement and i dont know how cold it gets down there and i was wondering if they will be ok or do i have to heat them
