chameleons and aquariums

i want to get some, or one, ground-dwelling chameleon that can be housed in a glass aquarium. i have a 35g aquarium. the thing is, i dont want some that are soo small that they can only eat pinhead their whole lives. i want some that can eat waxworms, mealworms, and 1/2 + crickets. i was lookin at some species of pygmys, but most of them are very very small and only can eat pinheads. im not saying that pygmys are out of the question, i would jut like something than can eat larger crickets.

if anyone knows of any species of chameleon that fits these characteristics, please let me know. thanks

Hrmm ... I would only suggest pygmys (sorry) or chameleons that need extremly high humidity for aquiariums. There aren't a whole lot you are looking at, possibly some dwarf species that grow to about double the size of pygmys, but I dont have any specifics for you.

the pygmies (r. brev) in my thread take down what the petstores around here describe as "smalls" which are a quarter to a half inch.

Just a side note Half size crix may be a bit big for soem Brevs They are very difficult to care for and i would only recomend them to someone with alot of experience with chams, I dont think your gonna find what ur looking for for that tank,

oh. ok then, well im still open to any suggestions of anything. im thinking about geckos, but i dont know.
i also have a 10 gallon and a 55 gallon, so if anyone has any ideas/suggestions, please let me know. thanks

ya, 1/2 a criket will fill there bellys really fast, and its hard to care for
