Well, it looks like there is a good chance I am getting a Nosy Be in the coming month or two (just have to work out the 'logistics' with my dad .. grrr). I'll keep you all updated!

Probably Connie. It depends whether or not I can get a ride to Toronto soon. I may but it from a store in the area (who is way overpriced) and talk them down to a reasonable price (they want like 350).

i know exactly which chameleon you are talking about, i live near that petstore. I wouldn't buy it from them. Talk to the lady, she's a little older then most the employees (40 or so), she doesn't really know what she is doing. She is head of the reptile department and in a 15 minute conversation with her you can tell she doesn't have the skill for the job. No examples come to mind but i remember hearing outrageous husbandry suggestions. On the other hand, i have seen MUCH worse. Anyways, i wouldn't support her, your call though.

yeah ... i got max from connie (kilos) but without a way to toronto it makes it hard.
as for the train ... i dont think you can bring livestock on .. ?
