missing scales ??

Hey, well I managed too jinx myself bye saying my ball has never had any health problems, about a week ago I had her out and on her neck was a patch probably 5-7 scales about 1.5 inches from her head, that looked almost as if it was a small section of retained shed, held a wet cloth on them for a while then rubbed my thumb along it too see it would come off, when it didn’t I didn’t worry because I don’t apply too much pressure when doing that, and hoped she would rub it off on her own.
The next day I checked it and the scales were gone completely, except for one scale which looked the same but was separate from the grouped that came off, I didn’t worry at the time I assumed she had rubbed it on something and they got caught or something, I didn’t think too much of it, its never happened before but made sense too me, the next day it looked a little red and I didn’t want too have it get infected so I swabbed it with bridine (I’ve used that on other animals I don’t think it would affect her badly in any way).
Today and come too think of it a couple times last night I noticed her acting strangely. She was very active in her hide it kept popping up, almost as if she couldn’t find her way out and was hitting the walls. When I looked closer she seemed too just be pushing against the walls, my assumption is she’s rubbing the spot with missing scales.
Now I just had her out again, it definitely looks irritated and I took a closer look at a close bye scale that looked like the original ones that came off, its colored like a piece of shed that was left behind but isn’t its almost as if the dark shiny part of the scales has wrinkled up, half for it has been rubbed. And now around the spot the scales seem too be becoming discolored, and about 2 inches farther down her body 2 of the white scales right where he stomach and side meet are also discolored they have a red tint about half of each scale (where they meet each other)
Now the 2 things might be unrelated, but I'm wondering if anybody has had anything like this happen,
