' "People are getting current up through their arms or their legs," Boston Councilor-at-Large Maura A. Hennigan said this week. '
Hrmmm... people going down the streets doing handstands or is it just a bunch of drunkerds crawling on their hands and knees? Last I knew people walked on feet
It will follow the path of least resistance though. So you might put one foot down on the plate and nothing happens, but put the other leg down and ZAP across the legs. Or you reach out to open your car door (which could be grounded with a static strap) and get jolted through the leg, torso, and arm.
