PRODUCT: Programmable LCD 4 Cage Proportional Temp Controller

Programmable LCD 4 Cage Proportional Temperature Controller Price: $425 CDN

This is BY FAR the CADILLAC of any temp controller on the market!!!

Simultaneously control 4 cages at the same time at different temperatures between 50-110 degrees F. This same technology has been used in the field for years by vets and breeders with great accuracy and dependability. They work great for incubators, heat tape, ceramic heat emitters, heat panels, heat pads, etc. Not made for use on lights, they are digital pulse proportional (the lights will pulse).

This controller features an LCD display with a built in clock, which will rotate approximately every 60 seconds to display each cages temperature. They have four 6 foot probes (longer probes available for an additional fee) and a 4 foot control cord from the controller to the AC box (we recommend plugging the AC box into a surge suppressor). They use pulse proportional technology to continuously adjust the temperature with great accuracy. They have a temperature resolution of +/-.5 degrees F. Each channel is rated up to 250 watts.

Temperature maintains memory in absence of power. You will never loose your set temperatures, even if the power goes out.

PROGRAMMABLE

This unit has a programmable night drop. It will allow you to program each cage 2 times per day for day and night settings. You can program the controller to run at a set temperature during the day and a different temperature at night. Unlike the photocell night drop you don't have to worry about messing up the temperatures when you turn on the lights at night or a cloudy day when your photocell isn't getting enough light.

BUILT IN ALARM

This unit also has a very important feature. A built in audio alarm system. It will warn you if your cage is getting to hot or too cold. The temperature range for the alarm can be programmed to go off between 3-15 degrees F from the set control temperature. This built in alarm will alert you both with an audio alarm and visual error code on the display. When an error is detected within your set range an "E" will show on the cage that the error has been detected. You can adjust the alarm interval between 15-60 minutes, this will allow your heat source to cool down or heat up between night and day settings before the alarm systems turn on.

Longer probe lengths are available for $1.50 per foot; maximum length of probes is 15 feet. Please call or email for proper pricing when ordering controller with longer probes.
