For those following, here's a couple pics taken the other day of my girl. Man is she ever getting large! If Favelle's magic Boa formula is correct, she is due the third week in April ![Smilie](http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Fingers crossed all goes well.......if not, I have full intentions of blaming Jeff ![Wink](http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif) hahaha

Here's a pic of the male.
<img src="http://niagarareptiles.com/pics/hogM007-2.jpg">
Thanks everyone, be sure to see a million pics if/when she drops
Trevor - This has been my first attempt at breeding any snake, so I'm really not going to be able to tell you much more than what I think I've experienced ![Smilie](http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif) I've read that they are supposed to be pretty easy to breed and don't require as low temps for a cooling period as BCC's.
I cut night temps off starting early October but day time heat was the norm. I really don't think my night temps even dropped much below 75°F for the most part. After a few weeks it was quite evident something was up with my male, and about a week or so of watching him never stop moving and trying to get out of his cage, I put the female in with him. I continued to cut the heat at night until the female stopped showing interest in the male and was huggin the heat more. I think I saw ovulation the first week of december and she shed January 7. I wasn't positive she was gravid, but now she is quite visibly so.
It's been a fun experience so far and I'm hoping the end result will be good.

Congrats Jpn. Those are exceptional hogs you have and from the looks of it you should have a nice sized litter!
Good luck!

Jon,
Awesome looking pair! I've seen them in person and believe it or not they look much better in person. She is definately gravid too!............I think she'll give you 15-20 babies..........but I'm not a boa guy so who knows.
Good luck with all your breeding projects this year!
Corey
