Boy i'm burning up the forums today... Just wanted to address an issue i've gotten several calls on. On KS someone has been listing venomoids for sale under "herpetological". NOT ME!!!!! I was told it was a person taking a shot at me so to speak... It was also suggested that this person was using the association to gain business, since i'm rather well known under that signature? I e-mailed the person several times.(Politely) I asked that he make his add clearer in regards to his business name and the use of "herpetological" so that it would not conflict with my business. No responses at all after at least 7 attempts. Does anyone know who this is? At this point I need the info so I can "Follow through" so to speak.!!!

If I remember correctly, I've seen that name being a seller of many things for quite some time.. Maybe ask him to include his name while he posts, really you should do the same if you truely wanna save confusion..
