Does any one here have a Import/export permit, and live in seattle?

I don't, but there is a lady in seattle who sells a gecko I want, and can't find anywhere else, but she doesn't have a permit.

I am wondering if I can pay someone, then you would go to her, get geckos, and send them to me? It would make things a lot easier... I live in Victoria, BC, just so you know...
