How could algae be harmless to an animal if it's only on the fur?

It's pretty difficult to find the budget to fix the climate of the country. They would have to build a completely enclosed enclosure, large enough to accomodate the bears, as well as be able to lower the humidity and temperatures.

Opps, I meant harmful, not harmless.
Yeah theres no way it could be harmful while it is only on the fur. I know some nasty people who probably have some algae growing in their hair and the only thing that is harmed is their social life :P

First off I don't think bears that aren't in proper climates should be kept to begin with, just because they make a nice attraction for that particular facility...that goes for all animals...
