Chinese Water Dragons

Hello everyone. I havent been around in a while, and when I was I only had my male Chinese water dragon, since then I have got an Igg and another CWD. Now heres the question, I have the two cwds in different tanks, but I was wondering how old (what length stv) they should be before mating, because my older dragon spike likes to do the head bobbing and arm waving and lifting his hind legs off the ground with his tail, whenever Baby is around. Baby just looks at him like hes crazy, but I was wondering because they are about the same size, only 1 inch differance in the STV

my girl has dropped eggs for me every spring since she was about 8" stv.

How often do they drop eggs? And how many eggs per clutch? Im just curiois. Spike is only 6 stv and baby is 5, so I dont think they're anywhere near. Oh well, spike will just have to get all pent up inside and wait till hes older
