Central Jersey hognose sources??

Hi all,

long time snake owner, first time ssnakess member. :-)

My first snake was a hoggie, but I had temperature problems and 'lost' him to the great enclosure in the sky. Now my wife wants one.

Does anyone know of any quality hoggie sources in central jersey? I plan to wait until spring for breeding season.

I just bought a wonderful pair from a guy in Maryland. He said he was going to the herp show in Pittsburg PA, if you would like i could talk to him, and see when it is, and maybe you could meet him there if it isnt too far to drive.

Maryland might be closer than Pitt. What area of MD?

Also, is he breeding them now and how much did he charge?

You might want to check out the NY shows. There's one in White Plains NY, the New York Metro Reptile Expo

The website also has a link to the All New England Reptile Expo in NH but I don't know it that's too far for you to drive.

If you can wait until the end of summer, there's the The Mid-Atlantic Reptile Show at the Maryland State Fairgrounds north of Baltimore.

Itll be a while before i can get the # to you. Im just waiting for a response, I emailed him asking if it was OK to pass on. I think it would be rude to hand out his # w/o his permission. I hope you under stand, itll only be a day or two, ill pm you asap.
