I think you mean R.H.- relative humidity, not R.V.- recreational vehicle.... Just put a large plastic tub of water in the hot spot. You can get all sizes of tubs at wal-mart. Woops you arent from the U.S. so you can,t go to wal-mart. I suppose try a hardware store, or department store and look for a large plastic tub or pan with a lot of surface area.
I was just looking at your list of animals, assuming you are talking about the relative humidity as suggested by snakey, why do you want it above 70%? None of those animals requires humidity that high
