burminating leopard frogs and geeen frogs

I have a northern leopard frog and a green frog and was wondering i know its to late this year but maybe next year and the years to come should i berminate them if so how i know thatit has to be very persice or else they could die. also will it affect them greatly if i don't berminate them there wild caught. my leopard is very young so i think this would of been her first maybe second winter but my green is much older and know he has had to do it befor. they eat fine so maybe they never knew it was winter or just figured it was warm but should i do it next year?
thx
kayla
