Interesting Feeding behavior

Today I fed my baby Hog and he acted much different than he has in the past. He was flicking his tail while he was eating and continued to flick his tail after he was done. He was quite defensive as he struck out at me a few times. He's usually pretty mellow; although I'm not too worried about this behavior because I know I've read about other snakes being the same way around feeding time when they get in that "mode" so to speak.

Just thought I'd post my experience =)

ZOULEOUS:

Very cool, that behavior is normal in most cases, I usually handle my boids before feeding this way they do not expect feeding attitude as soon as they see me or open cage. If after that situation still a striker then that Hog is very hungry still, lol.

Cya...
