How often should you feed slings?

I have different care sheets now, and got info. from everyday to twice a week.
I've been doing 2 or 3 times a week, they all get offered something, the tiny slings and the bigger ones. They're all pretty fat, except for the Usumbara. I give that one two at a time, but it stays slim. (Oh well, it just molted too...)

Everyday?? That would just bite...

I have only raised three tarantulas so far but I have always feed the growing T's pretty much whatever they will eat at a sitting a few times per week. I have never seen any of the three (as slings or growing "teens") get obese.

I have LOTS to feed so I feed them twice per week and it goes like this. I give them one appropriate sized cricket and as soon as they jump on that one I add one more. As they do shed often, I remove the first cricket right away if not taken right away. Feeding them more often, up to everyday would be ideal but my method is also very good. Hope this helps.

Ok, maybe I'll feed those microscopic L.cristatas everyday.
Those are some cooool spiders! They don't dig down and hide constantly like the PZB and seemanni, and they're not skittish like the boehmei. They stand their microscopic ground, and pounce on any food you drop in...nice calm, visible spiders...I can't wait until I don't need a magnifying glass to see them...LOL

The others aren't obese like some tick-like slings I've seen, just filled out. Except the Usumbara, it must spend all its calories on SILK.
Thanks Rob!
