Hadogenes paucidens, or at least what is being passed as H.paucidens in the pet trade right now. I don't have a key for this genus so I'm not 100%

Be my guest. As long as it is for personal use and people don't pass them off as their own, I don't really care what they use my pictures for.

Olympus C4000 Zoom. One of the major features that made me chose it was that in super-macro mode it has a minimum focal distance of 2cm vs. the 5-6cm and even 20cm distances offered by competitors.
