When you join the site there is a list of rules etc in the Terms of Service. In order to actually get banned you would have to not only break one or more of these rules, but would be in direct conflict with the admin staff after being warned of your obstructions by either admin, or a moderator. What happens is that infractions are pointed out firstly by either a mod, or admin, either a pm is given, or an email stating the infraction....a warning if you like. From there a list of warnings is comprised in the mod lounge, a part of the site only mods and admin can see. The list is updated and checked, and further obstructions depending on severity are either another warning, or in extreme cases, an all out ban.
