Man, that's hard to believe. How come there are no pictures?
I'm sure big zoos thoughout the world will look into it, now that it hit the news. How much do you think such a snake is worth?

I don't know if I believe that... 40 ft MAYBE, but 50?

Why would the Toronto Zoo be getting it? They are a big enough zoo but I don't think they'd be the likely candidate as there are some way huger zoos in the states.

In the other forum, general discussion, someone said that but i dont remember exactly the reason. The thread is titled: World's largest snake caught?

Zoos known for having big snakes are the San Antonio zoo and the Bronx zoo(curiously now left without one for display) so these 2 could be candidates, but i guess toronto could get in the run also...

I say weigh it, measure it, and put it back where it belongs.

Then again in that country it would probably end up on a few hundred dinner plates

Toronto zoo deserves this type of attraction, the zoo does not have many people coming in anymore and needs the money!
