I recieved a $250 gift certificate for Superpet for Christmas this year. It's intended to get a reptile enclosure for my hognose so I can get him out of the rubbermaid he is in now. What kind of tank would you guys recommend that has the most adequate ventilation and area for my snake. He is about a year and a half old.
Get a small oceanic reptile lounge...Thats the brand super pet carries. They are pricey but come with some adequate ventilation and they look pretty cool.

I'd go with a 10-20 gallon tank, an appropriate cover, get the decorations you like, fill with aspen or baked cypress to burrow in, a few hide boxes, undertank heater and a nice waterbowl.
oh ya some times they have sales on the tanks and you pay $1 a gallon. we tend to stock up on them then and make our own tops out of wood and hardware cloth.
