Skins
Just curious what y'all do with skins once your herps have shed? Do you just toss them, or keep them for their scrapbooks?

Depends, sometimes I can't be bothered, but I'll get buckets of them going every now & then & then send them off with some kid to take to school. I usually will save the larger snakes skins if they are complete. Mark

Ive tried to keep them but one of my cats just cant seem to keep his darn paws off of them. No matter where I hide the darn things, I always come home to them shredded all over the floor

We used to keep them but now that we have 24 snakes we would just be out of room for snakes if we kept them

Toss most, unless it is a big one and complete and I give it to the kids. I have a few good one hanging in the snake room

Sometimes I give them away to people who ask, but I usually toss 'em -- a few of my snakes are in the habit of pooping on their old skin, so those ones are definitely headed for the garbage!
