If you look, not just your card is gone, but every one of the 5 cards there is changed. No magic, yes illusion.

If you don't believe it, mark down all the cards he shows you, then mark down all the cards he shows when he says, "See, I took your card"

i dunno, it's pretty neat. illusions are just that, they're not real magic and just meant to fool the unobservant. though i love penn and teller's illusions. they're hillarious
