I saw a little "how to" on the "other" web site.
It was just a styrofoam cooler with a jar of water in it. You put a fishtank heater in the jar. Once you adjust the temp properly, it should stay constant, the humidity comes from the heated water. If you get a thermometer with a probe...you wouldn't have to open it very often. I don't know much about incubating eggs but it sounded easy and inexpensive to me.
