New cage

Well my snakes are just starting to outgrow the rack I have them in so after alot of looking around, I decided to have John and Dee from JD Terrariums in Toronto make the cages for me. Here is the first one John has made for me.

Its a 3 in 1 cage made of oak with a plastic insert in each cage. Wonderful carpentry and a great showpiece. Dealing with John and Dee was so great that I have them making a few more of these for me.

Each cage is 4ft x 2ft x 20 inches high. It is the eventual home of both my BPs and black blood but for now, I have an ATB, IJCP and BP in there.

I added RHPs for heating with temp control and a light on a timer in each. The humidity holds well and ventilation is also great. The snakes definitely love the new cages and I cant wait to get the others.

A closer look at one of the cages ...
