Does baby pastels look like the parents or does it depend on the female you pair him with Thanks

Baby pastels, unlike humans, do not look like either parent. You can get really bright babies from two mediocre parents, or vice versa.

pastels tend to get darker as they get older. They usually arn't to impressive as adults,but you are buying the genes to create the other "high" end morphs.

Piers, speak for yourself buddy. I love pastels and will be perfectly happy producing MORE pastels without them being het for anything.

I love my pastels too, but truth is truth! They do get darker and it's not for the better, but still a cool morph!
And you are still buying for the genes, anything to a pastel will be beyond great! and thats not even taking into account the super pastel !! Again a great morph on it's own or crossed with everything!
