Furniture Convert

I think it's really cool when people convert furniture into enclosures for their snakes or other animals. What do you think of my bookcase conversion model?

Looks good. Do you have this bookcase, or is it just an idea?

Yep, I've gotten a hold of one of those great big old black and white tv's in the cabinets (anyone know what I'm talking about?). I'm going to gut it this weekend and put in a shelf and some glass.

No, sadly I don't actually have a bookcase (or anything else) to convert to an enclosure. I have been trying to decide on how to build a multiple enclosure. I have been looking at melamene shelves and cabinets from Wal-mart etc. or I was thinking of getting an old bookcase or shelf unit and converting that or just build it from scratch myself.

I have seen a few pictures around here but does anyone have any pictures of converted enclosures? I have heard of people using old TV's...lets see some pictures

I have the gutted tv, but haven't done anything with it yet. Haven't had enough time. I did the fishtank tv, but I didn't seal the top piece of wood, and the water made a real mess of it so it doesn't look too good.
