NO, that looks like fat. Leo love handles!
Eggs are visible by looking on the ventral side of the animal. They will first appear as small white circles with a reddish ring around them. They will get bigger, and the red ring will disappear as the eggs grow. There will usually be two of them, and one will appear above and kitty corner to the other

You will know if its an egg, just put her on her back and you can see a large pink oval on either side about an inch long. As for you little girl i'd say no egg, better luck next time ; )
