This is one of my homemade economical incubators. Used a fish packing box from a loca pet shop and a adujstable aqaurium heater.

Works good. I did it that way too. The temp was totally constant. The only thing that I would do next time was put a piese of glass in the top piece so that I didn't have to open itto look inside.

Ifilled a yogourt container with water so it would sit still and then put the egg container on top of that.
