looks kinda like a south pacific, except for not blotches on the sides... i wonder what else it could be

its a prarie rattlesnake i found one once and i dont know how old he is

It's actually a Western Pacific.
They are quite common in western canada, they are very intersting and they stay fairly small with a beautiful coloration by the tail.

Isn't the Western Pacific, C. viridis oreganus? Where in BC did you find the one you did snakegall?
