Well.......this is getting interesting :)

The male has been just going nuts lately......very restless, so I figured I'd stick the female in there with him.
He's got the right idea, but I'm not sure she is being very receptive (but what the hell do I know about breeding boas).......They've been at it for at least six hours now (that I've noticed).
A few times it has looked as though he managed to "lock up" with her, but I'm not positive as of yet.......
Anyway, I just wanted to share a pic and my excitement

Congrats on having breeding activity! Keep us updated. Check out this pic. Our male is in the bottom cage and has also been restless lately. As you can see he tore up the paper in his cage. He is hiding under the paper now. The female is above the male all stretched out. We are going to introduce them in 5 days because the female was just fed a small meal about 5 days ago.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Tim and Julie B - They are actually both really dark in the pic too.....being cooled and all. I am really happy with them and I did try my hardest to find a pair that complimented eachother so well. There was a point in time when Mr. Favelle almost got my female as I couldn't find a male anywhere (that was up to my standards anyway). I guess he's SOL
Linds - Surprises?..................

Best of luck! My turn next year, I hope.
They look awesome. I can't wait to see the offspring.
Cheers,
Trevor
