too big a pics

my pics are to big the smallest is about 300,00 bytes is there a way to make them so they work on here?

Change their size, it can be done in programs like photoshop and Paint.

But how do you change the size? I am also having this problem!!

If you are using Paint in Windows 2000 or XP you just choose the Image Menu then Stretch/Skew. Then type in 30 or 40 or whatever percentage works best in the two stretch boxes. Make sure you pick the same number or your photos won't look right.

If you want to check new image size go to the Image menu and pick attributes.
