tongue color

Some one the other day had a 100% het albino male blood for sale. I called and he said he did not have paper work but the tongue was pink and he said he called vpi and they said its a het due to tongue color. Is there any truth to this or was this person just trying to get one by people? thanks Nick

Who actually produced the snake? Can he provide you any proof that the snake is a het via a reference from whom he obtained the snake? I have a very, very hard time believing that the Barkers would tell someone "we say it's a het because the tongue is pink" and let him use that as a reference without having produced/sold the snake or knowing the background on it. This sounds VERY VERY SKETCHY!!!! If the snake is a het and the seller got it from a legitimate source, he should be able to provide A) paperwork, B) references or C) BOTH!
