I am about to purchase a pair of Columbian Boas...
The male is 6' and the female is 5'...
Are they big enough to breed and how would i go about cooling them and breeding them for the coming year?

The female is not big enough! Wait till next year. Hopefully by then she will be bigger than the male and will be ready.

I concur. That female is way too small to be breeding. She should at least be bigger than the male. Do you know how old they are?

Not necessarily. She just needs to be mature. It isn't uncommon for some males to be larger than females when full grown. You may have an 8' male and maybe a female that only tops out at 6.5' or 7' but is 5 years old. Age and condition are the best guide to go on for breeding all reptiles IMHO. Some people breed females as early as their 3rd year, but the longer the wait, the better IMHO. I would say 4-5 years with good fat stores is a good place to start a female from.
