Hognose pic
Had her out the other day to clean, thought I'd snap a pic or 2. Southern hognose. Heterodon simus. Any others out there?

Mine are less than 20" I'd say. And a 24" one would be rather large for the species. I guess they are more similar in many respects to westerns than easterns.

Here's my Western. Got him in early September (when the pic was taken) and he has already grown substantially. I love his attitude.
