i think its good news!
My bp stiiiil hasnt eaten for atleast 4 weeks in a row, if not more and i also NEVER saw it come out of its little huts. Now he finaillly has come out so i think that he is starting to get used the the new environment. Ive had him for 4 weeks in his new tank, i got him at the show. Now he is finially coming out so im pretty sure hes comfortable. Tomorrow im going to try and feed him a nice rat or a mouse if i get one. Ill keep you updated, but wish me good luck lol

Good luck. I'm going to keep my little female off food till halloween. She keeps refusing food. so I'm just going to let her wait. She has turned into a fricken tree python I swear! she has a branch that lets her get closer to her day light (lamp, it puts off a little heat, not enough to burn her) she is sitting up there EVERY night when I go upstairs. But I don't want to chance her refusing another meal. So I'm going to wait and make sure that she is good and hungry......and again GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

what are you feeding it? my bp skipped a few meals initially, but i attribute that to the fact that I was offering food items that were too small. good luck, though! sounds like coming out of the hides is a good start.

I have had balls that I had just acquired that went as long as 4 months without taking a meal for me. Don't stress it, they'll eat when they're ready.

its deffinetly not to small. I have tried 5 times already. The first 2 were normal looking fuzzies. This was a pack of three mice but the thrid mice was much fatter and had more hair so i didnt know if i should try. After he refused the first two i had to try the biggest one and it refused that two. Then i tried with a mouse smaller then all of them and then i tried a rat about a week ago. Didnt take anything but im gonna wait till sunday to feed it the second rat i bought. I think he's finially comfortable in his cage and new home.
