Finally making our own........

Ok we finally decided that it would probably be cheaper to just build our own cages then go spend about $1000 usd for 2 5ft cages.. all together it should cost maybe $250 usd.....our plan.......

To have 2 4ftL x 2ftD x 2ftH

Have a screen (maybe about 1ftx1ft, if not lots smaller) for optional lighting not necesarily heat. on a little top part. Otherwise heated by UTH.

Have the doors hinged, and a middle part like on precsion cages (sp?) with a kind of T thing in the middle to put locks on them.......

these will be for a 3ft BP and a 2ft Bp
(lots of hides I know) we know how we are going to do vents and such........draw a circle mark some spots and drill holes in a pattern circle, 2 on side 3-4 on back, and 2 on the other side........

now what kind of epoxy or urathane or what not to make their customs water PROOF???? We are also going to use whatever we use on the snakes cages on part of a built up trailer we are going to be buliding........

Linds I would love to use the epoxy that you always rave about but we don't have it here (that I know of) so any suggestions fire away, they will be much appreciated!!!!
