where in ontario would i go to look for these?
im not gonna go out now as its a wee bit late in the season
and i dont want to catch them i just want to see them in the wild
Most people who know where they are will not post their location to just anybody and they cirtainly will not post it on a forum. but if you do a little reserch on the net you will be able to find range maps of where they could be found. Although the populations are few and far between, its always fun to go out and look for them yourself and mayby if you are lucky you may find one.
Good Luck
I have a friend who has a cottage on six mile lake, She has seen them in the past there, especailly in the summer when it's dry. She say's that it's rare to see them nowadays though.
