How big...
Anyone know how big a box turtle needs to be to be able to breed? I have 1.3 three toeds and the male (6") mated with a female that is about 4-5"..My other females are both about 5" as well..

They are big enough. Also, remember they can retain sperm for a few years.

Hi Matt a lot of breeders I know don't even hibernate. They have had success all year round. It is a personal decision. Hey did you get my email? TB

Lol..Im definately hooked...I really would like to get that reeves,I just hate the shipping factor..I have no way of getting to the closest airport(Toronto) and it costs a fortune!!

Air Canada would get it there. I wonder what they would charge? It costs $65 for my to fly in anything from BC and Alberta. I am curious as to how much it would cost.

Air Canada from BC to TO is $110 there abouts. Way cheaper with West Jet $70
If you can find someone Matt that is having other stuff shipped to your area, maybe a group package can be arranged.
