My Next Purchase!
Hey everyone! I just got the "ok" to get a quad! But I have to save up which I think is fiar. Right now I'm making enough too feed my snakes with like 20 extra a week......BUT when I turn 16 I'm getting a job at petco and SHOULD be making around 100-150 a week I think.
My choices are between the Raptor 660, YFZ450, or the Banshee....all Yamaha. I figured out it would take me 7 months to save up 3 grand on a pay of 100 a week as long as I dont spend it.....but I will be using 20 for food probably. So it will be awhile.....but hey everything good doesnt come quickly
Which do you like the best???
The Raptor660(My favorite of all quads).

The YFZ450.

The Banshee

Let me know!

my little brother (he's about your age) has the Raptor. It's pretty quite entertaining to ride.

I ride a '03 Kodiak Ultramatic. Machines got balls for sure. I'll tell ya one thing, whenever I go mud diggin', the flippin' chainr skips its teeth and the accelartor skips... for that reason, its a peice of ****... Its happened to me twice allready and I've gotten really mad. I've riden the Banshee and an older Warrior and I'll tell ya, anythin' with sport suspension and manaul tranny is fun as hell. My ride before the Kodiak was a Big Bear ( notice the Yamaha trend ). I do prefer liquid cooled, but I mean what isn't liquid cooled these days... The raptor I'm more then possitive you'll love... what more do you want with 660 cc's in da badboy... you can put NoS into 'em... I've read an article in Dirt Wheels about how they put 'em in... crazy **** for sure
Keep us updated dude... I wanna see some rooster pics... maybe some endos?

I'd definitely go with the Raptor if it was my choice.

Id go with the Raptor too, its peerdy. Luckily here in the province of Alberta you onlt have to be 16 to get your FULL driving licence so i'll get it ASAP. Also you can get your firearms licence at like 15 I think it is and then a restricted firearms at 18. Well Ill be having all 3 with in a matter of time and a couple years haha. Good luck with the quad, careful with the wheelies ive seen a lot of crashes lol.

At first, you'll be takin' it slowly and ****, but eventually, you'll be rippin' it across da streets and stufff... here in canada, its illegal to drive on the road, also depends on what cop you get nailed by... if dats how its run where ever you are, then if you see a cop, run dude, no jokes.. they'll book you with seriouis fines... take my word and any other riders word... I used to own a cottage... and up north, there aint many people who care about quads 'cause most either have a bike or a quad... but the boidem there is pretty bored and they'll stop you jus' to do checks and stuff... i in turn book it, 'cause i aint riskin' a punk for a cop givin' me a tciket where i can avoid it.. :Pi know i shouldn't be sayin' that, but still

Sweet Dozer. I heard the Banshee is a beastly racing quad.
I'm gonna go with the Raptor 660 or the Honda 400EX. My friend said its a monster!
