Holy crap that's cool! Is it carolinensis?? I guess not, because you said it was sagrei. Blunter head it seems. Hypererythristic! So damn cool! I love Anoles. So much fun to watch a bunch of them in a greenhouse or large terrarium. Totally underrated.

I totally agree Jeff they are the most active little lizards! My last one passed away 2 months ago. This is the first time I have never had one or a group. The whole anole group is highly underrated. I still think one of the coolest looking lizards is a Knight anole. So odd. TB

Is that the one you guys had for 12 years?? I was sad to hear that.
Knight anoles rock! You are correct! I spent like 6 hours straight trying to catch them in Cuba! They are soooo damn cool! They always look like they have a hangover, ha ha! Bags and circles around their eyes, lol!

You got to go hunting for them in Cuba...........oh I so hate you right now! LOL.
Yes my Banded basilisk Spaz was 14. Very saddening. My record for an anole is only 8. And boy did he look like it. TB That red is sure intriguing!

Better add them to my list, huh? LOL! I believe it to be genetic as my friend says he has had them in his yard and there's more than ever now. I think I'd have trouble feeding my snakes these guys. The brown ones are everywhere and have displaced the greens in some areas altogether. I could live with the red ones, I guess.
