Humidity- Cal King

Hey everyone. I need a little advice. I have a cali king, 8 months old. I saw a cool little waterfall system at the store with a pool at the bottom (nothing huge- maybe 6-8 inches squared). I was thinking of getting something like it. My only concern was that most guides say that the cali king will do well on only the humidity from the evaporating water dish. Would having something like the waterfall increase the humidity? If it would, is that a problem, or is that fine for a cali king? Please let me know what you think or if you have something similar id like to see pics

(ps-heated side is 85 degrees if that would affect it) Thanks

they are used mostly for geckos (because some of them cant see still water)but they are expensive why not just use a container with some moist moss in it?

i wanted it as some furniture not to increase the humidity, actually the raise in humidity is my main concern. But i think i will also put a humidity box for shedding. thx

You have to be concerned with cleaning as well.

I would really like to know how often everyone cleans their snake's habitat. I discovered mites on my snake not long after I brought it home from the pet store so now I clean everything in the tank (and the tank itself) once a week and the two water dishes once a day (or two).

I though about buying that same waterfall. Just like you, it would be mostly for my enjoyment not for providing humidity. The thought of cleaning that thing thoroughly every week (or day if the snake urinates in the water) was enough for me to stay away.

P.S.
To anyone else reading...how often do you clean the enclosure and change the substrate etc.
