LMAO, my Columbian does the same thing, he just creeps up on it, opens his mouth and eats. He also likes to eat them sideways, takes alot longer and looks painful though.

that's funny.... mine act like they haven't eaten in years.... soon as I toss in a rat BAMMMM!!!! then the choke hold untill till the eyes are about to burst.... ohh and don't even think about approching the tanks while there eating... otherwise WACK... WACK, WACK... untill you step away.... I wish they were that calm when it came to feeding time.

Our BCIs strike FAST and HARD, constrict for about two years, then swallow the item like they haven't eaten in decades. 
Sweet BCIs matt. They're so cute when they're babies, aren't they?

Yeap mine started super fast then got real lazy like MATT K but for 8 months now there are crazy eaters strike so fast sometimes i gotta count my fingers incase........lol.
