carpeting

I have a 20 gallon tank for my babie berdie im soon gettin him a 60 gallon but for now i was wondering if i could just put carpeting at the bottom of his tank just till hes old enough for play sand.

I use carpeting in my baby beardie enclosure. You have to clean it very often so that it stays nice, and also, if you don't it gets very smelly. It works well for me, though.

Reptile carpeting is fine. It's nice to have 2 pieces so you can take one out to clean and put a fresh one in right away.
