Hey everyone,

Looks like this show is shaping up to be pretty good. 89 tables have been booked so far so it whould be one not to be missed. I will have my camera and try and take a ton of pics. Im sure I won't get as much as Shane seems to get, but I will get as many as possible. I would like to be able to get a bunch of pics of all the members that attend the show, so I would like it if everyone could come by my booth, stop by and introduce yourself, and maybe get a pic of everyone as long as they want their picute posted.

Hope to see eveyone there, and hope to get tons of pics. It is a 2 day event this year, so I should be able to get lots of pictures.

The doors are going to open at 10:00. I am assuming that the show closes at night each night at 5:00.

It's looking like RedDragon and I will be there. For those who haven't figured out what we look like, I'll give you a dead giveaway - if the weather is nice, I'll have a black leather jacket with a chainmail sleeve. That's impossible to miss! Hope to see you all there, and despite our outwardly frightening appearance, make sure to say hi to us!

I wish I could make it out but I cant get a ride : ( . Hope it goes well and there is still lots left over for Calgary's show next month. But I AM going to the labour day classic game and Calgary is gonna stomp your edmonton eskamo a$$es into the ground!

We'll be there Friday for set up, we are staying at the Western Budget Motel.

I'm thinking we should make another attempt to meet somewhere for some socializing Friday night. I'm not sure what a reptile show would be like without being just a bit hungover.

well i just got a room booked at the thunderbird motel, never been there but my buddy is there right now and says its decent.
and its only like $50 bucks a night, instead of the 70-100 dollars everywhere else.

I really hope to make it down there. I have been planning to come for a long time. The other day I went to pick up my girlfriend from forestry camp to bring her back for a funeral. The road into the camp was in really bad shape and it had started to rain. I made it there but on the way out...A moose came out of the woods right in front of us and I had to stop. It was so muddy that I just slid into the ditch. After 20 minutes of trying we gave up and decided to call for help. Well the cell had no service so we walked around in the mud for a while but to no avail. We went back and I tried again and somehow managed to get back on the road. It took a long time to get anywhere on that road because my much-too-bald tires were caked with clay/mud. I managed to get back to Edmonton but the car may be damaged. It won't go over 80 without shaking violently. I'm hoping it's just mud that is throwing the wheels off balance but....

If I can work it out, I'll try to make it down for the show. I hope to see you all there.
