life span of darkling beetles

Does anyone know around how long darkling beetles live for? (the one's that mealies turn into)

A couple days. LOL....well that's how long mine live for That's not their normal span though... for some reason mealie beetles and superworm beetles like to die on me

I've been wondering that myself. A guy gave me some pupae about 8 wks ago and within a week they had hatched into beetles. Since then I have picked out 7 dead ones out of 38. The others are still going strong. I will let you know when they all die off.
